ZAMBRANO!
The very name oozes energy. Zambrano! I look at the name and I think of a bull fighter who saves a couple salsa steps for when he really wants to dazzle. I've never seen Carlos Zambrano salsa off of the mound, and he resembles the bull more than the bull fighter, but man, this guy is the very personification of energy.
Two days ago, he was brilliant, going into Busch Stadium (where the Cubs have a horrid record) to face the Cardinals for the first time this season, and pitching 8 2/3 innings giving up only one run. And if that weren't enough (and in my book that is more than enough) he helped his own cause with a run scoring triple. A triple! I have never seen a pitcher leg out a triple. I love this guy!
